The issue of  integrating technology in teaching and learning have facilitated much the gap between schools found in rural areas where there is no electricity power that can be used to influence the learners having opportunity to access materials found online like what the students found in towns done. This gap will not end in the context of Tanzania due the vastness of our country as well as the government does not has ability to supply the electricity power in parts of Tanzania like Sumbawanga rural in which Kaengesa ward had three secondary schools but the government does not plan or think on the issue of supplying that service in order to make learners having chance to extract several contents based on a certain subject online such as Histoty subject.

This incidence of lacking electricity power in rural schools have influenced much learners found in there lacking conscious about new technology prevailing in Tanzania such using class blog.

QN. What should be done to ensure highly access of technology to learners found in rural areas like Sumbawanga rural?
